Description:
Facilitate effective collaboration between management and employee representatives to create a mutually beneficial Collective Labor Agreement (PKB).

Duration: 10-16 weeks

Major Activities:

  • Conduct internal review of current employment terms and conditions
  • Organize focus group discussions with employee representatives and unions
  • Identify key negotiation points (benefits, working conditions, career paths, etc.)
  • Develop draft proposals and negotiation strategies
  • Facilitate structured negotiations between management and employee representatives
  • Finalize, document, and communicate the agreed PKB

Deliverables:

  • Draft and finalized Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB)
  • Summary of negotiation outcomes and agreements
  • Internal communication materials for employees
  • PKB implementation and monitoring guidelines
