Description:
Facilitate effective collaboration between management and employee representatives to create a mutually beneficial Collective Labor Agreement (PKB).
Duration: 10-16 weeks
Major Activities:
- Conduct internal review of current employment terms and conditions
- Organize focus group discussions with employee representatives and unions
- Identify key negotiation points (benefits, working conditions, career paths, etc.)
- Develop draft proposals and negotiation strategies
- Facilitate structured negotiations between management and employee representatives
- Finalize, document, and communicate the agreed PKB
Deliverables:
- Draft and finalized Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB)
- Summary of negotiation outcomes and agreements
- Internal communication materials for employees
- PKB implementation and monitoring guidelines
